With the real estate market in a slump should I even consider selling my property? What if I have to sell my property, what should I do?
The market is slowing; however there are still lake buyers out there. It is your job to make sure you have your property priced correctly with the market conditions. Other factors to take into consideration are staging your property if it is vacant. Make sure your home is best on the block, have all repairs and projects finished before you put your home on the market.
Typically lake property sell best in the spring and summer months when buyers have the lake on their mind. The slower season is winter; however, we have investors who like good deals and they feel like they can find them in the winter.
